Who typically uses Francis?

Francis is designed for finance teams and fractional CFOs who are skilled in building financial models but seek more automation and specialized FP&A features than those available in traditional spreadsheets.

How long does it take to learn Francis?

Francis is structured like a spreadsheet and incorporates several powerful new features. Most users find the spreadsheet interface intuitive and are able to learn the new features within just a few hours of modeling.

How long does it take to build a model?

The time required to build a financial model varies depending on its complexity. Generally, Core users take about a day, Advanced users take a few days, and Mastery users take about a week.

Do you offer training?

Yes, we provide hands-on training as part of our onboarding program, typically consisting of three one-hour sessions. Additional training can be arranged at a fixed rate.

Do you offer support?

All users have access to our documentation and email support (support@francis.app). Enterprise users also have access to video-chat support.

Can you help me build my financial model?

If you’re interested in using Francis but aren’t confident in building your own model, we recommend partnering with a fractional CFO. We have a strong network of fractional CFOs, so feel free to reach out if you’d like to connect with one.
