The time required to build a financial model varies depending on its complexity. Generally, Core users take about a day, Advanced users take a few days, and Mastery users take about a week.

Yes, we provide hands-on training as part of our onboarding program, typically consisting of three one-hour sessions. Additional training can be arranged at a fixed rate.

All users have access to our documentation and email support (support@francis.app). Enterprise users also have access to video-chat support.

Yes, you can easily manage and switch between multiple organizations in Francis. Our fractional CFOs typically manage all client organizations within Francis and invite clients into their respective organizations. Billing is per organization.
